Amount: $250,000 +

LVR: Up to 80%

Minimum Term: 6 months

Interest Rate (from): 8.5% p.a

Establishment Fee: 1.25 % + GST

Payment Structure: Interest Only, Pre-paid or Capitalised

Loan Type: Non-code only

LVR: Up to 75%
