Amount: $250,000 +

LVR: Up to 80%

Minimum Term: 6 months

Interest Rate (from): 7.95% p.a

Establishment Fee: 1.25 % + GST

Payment Structure: Interest Only, Pre-paid or Capitalised

Loan Type: Non-code only

Second Mortgages

1835 Capital offers Second Mortgage finance facilities to property clients on the following terms:

Amount: $125,000 +

LVR: Up to 75%

Minimum Term: 3 months

Interest Rate (from): 1% p.m

Establishment Fee: 1.25% + GST

Payment Structure: Interest Only, Pre-paid or Capitalised

Loan Type: Non-code only
